William Higgins Death, Obituary – William Higgins, who lived for 68 years until passing away unexpectedly on December 5, 2022, had his life cut short for no obvious cause, despite the fact that he had a long lifespan. Bill’s formative years were spent in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, and it was at this time that he first developed an interest in activities and hobbies connected with the great outdoors, such as fishing, boating, and golfing. Bill was the only member of his family to emerge unscathed from the experience that they had to endure. His surviving spouse is Colleen Shanahan, who took her husband’s last name when they married and now goes by Higgins. Her maiden name was Shanahan.
The three children that he and his wife were unable to take with them when they died are named Hannah Higgins, Riley Higgins, and Kally Higgins. He is also survived by his eight siblings: Mary (Don) Delchambre, Jack (Sandy) Higgins, Patty (Ken) Spotz, Jerre (Dave) Burrough, Dorothy (Greg) Gerber, Joan (Bob) Abrams, and Terry Higgins.
