Vale Brown Obituary, Death – Vale Brown, age 19, of 1191 Tod Avenue, S.W., Warren, Ohio, passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021 at 12:36 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Medical Center as a result of complications that resulted from an automobile accident. Her address was 1191 Tod Avenue, S.W., Warren, Ohio. Her home might be found at 1191 Tod Avenue South West in Warren, Ohio. She considered the town of Warren to be her permanent residence.
