Tracy McPherson Death, Obituary – The female victim of an accident that took place on Highway 58 on November 27 has been recognized by the Kern County Coroner’s Office. The incident took place. The victim did not survive the accident that took place, which was the direct cause of their passing. According to the authorities, Tracy McPherson, 50, of Bakersfield was the driver of a car that was involved in a collision on Highway 58 just west of Oswell Street.

Gilberto L. Gallegos, age 31, was taken into custody by the California Highway Patrol for what is alleged to be his participation in driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

At this time, the police are not holding Gallegos in custody, and there have been no formal charges issued against him that have been submitted to the court system. Gallegos is not currently being kept in custody by the police.
