Tony Shook Obituary, Learn More About Tony Shook Death

Tony Shook Obituary, Death – Tony Lynn Shook, age 59, a resident of Conover, North Carolina, passed away suddenly at his residence on Sunday, November 27, 2022. He was unexpectedly taken from this world. His demise took place the day after Thanksgiving in the United States. His parents, Bobby Lee Shook and Jean Fox Shook, both of Conover, were present in Catawba County on May 26, 1963, the day he was born, to greet him and welcome him into the world. His birth took place in that county.

Tony attended the Joy Baptist church and spent his time off working as a roofer for S&S Roofing. Tony was a member of the Joy Baptist church. He was self-employed and worked independently. Both of his sets of grandparents passed away before he was born; his maternal grandparents, Marshall and Ola Fox, and his paternal grandparents, Harvey and Lily Shook, both passed away before he was born. Prior to his departure, in addition to him, his brother Terry Shook had also passed away.

His daughters Erin Newsome and Jessie Kerley, both of Taylorsville, as well as his grandchildren Hayden Newsome, Catherine Newsome, and Joseph Kerley, all of Alleghany, as well as his mother and father, Bobby Shook and Jean Fox Shook, both of Conover; his brother Tim Shook and his wife Melody, also of Conover; his sister Vickie Hester and her husband Rick, of Hickory; and his mother and father are among those who are still here to remember him He is survived by each and every one of these people.

A memorial service honoring Tony’s life will be held in his honor at the Joy Baptist Church in Conover, North Carolina, on the afternoon of Thursday, December 1, 2022, at one o’clock in the afternoon. This service will be held in commemoration of Tony’s passing. The Reverend Fred Staley will perform the duties of officiant for the ceremony as well as serve as the event’s host and overseer.

The burial will take place in Catawba Memorial Park in Hickory, North Carolina, once the funeral rites have concluded for the deceased. The family will be present at Joy Baptist Church to meet and greet friends beginning at noon and continuing until 12:45 p.m., prior to the start of the funeral service, which will take place at 1:45 p.m.
