Timothy Mullins Obituary, Rochester Adams High School Mourns Timothy Mullins Death

Timothy Mullins Obituary, Death – Timothy Lee Mullins, 66 years old, passed away in the comfort of his home on November 26, 2021, while cradled in the arms of his devoted wife, Brenda. On December 16th, 1954, he was welcomed into the world by his parents, Mack and Jean Mullins, who resided in Harriman. Tim worked for Norfolk Southern as a maintenance contractor for the same company that his father had worked for for 45 years, following in his footsteps.

He played golf frequently and was a member of the Oak Ridge Country Club for a good number of years. Tim was a huge admirer of the University of Tennessee’s football and basketball teams, and he adored his dogs Willie, Harlan, and Buster. Tim also enjoyed going fishing with his uncles. Tim’s parents, Mack and Jean Mullins, brother Doug Mullins, sisters Kim Mullins and Patty Trentham, sisters-in-law Hazel Newton and Helen Beard, and brother-in-law Elbert Bush all passed away before him.

Kim Mullins and Patty Trentham were also Tim’s sisters-in-law. Surviving family members and friends include Brenda Smith Mullins, his devoted wife of 23 years; brother Gary Mullins and his wife Karen; sister Teresa Mullins Ladd; brothers-in-law Ralph Smith and his wife Cathy, Ray Smith and his wife Becky, Carl Smith and his wife Cindy, and David Smith; sisters-in-law Susie Begue and her husband Frank and Shirley A. Smith; special friends Connie Himes, Lee Garrett, and Denny and Teresa Jones, On Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, the family will be present at Weatherford Mortuary to greet visitors. Funeral services will immediately follow at 7 pm, and Reverend Kenny Rains will preside over the ceremony. The burial will take place in Dyllis Church Cemetery at 12 PM on Friday, December 3, 2021. Family and friends will gather there.
