Thomas Watkins Death, Obituary – Thomas Mark Watkins is the name of the author. Dec. 20, 1947 – Nov. 28, 2022 Mark Watkins is the offspring of his parents, Tommy and Betty Watkins, and he was born in the St. Vincent’s hospital in Birmingham, which is located in the state of Alabama. Out of a total of five children, Mark was the oldest of the bunch. His boyhood was spent in Southside, despite the fact that he and his family had moved over the mountain to Vestavia. His participation in both football and baseball while attending WH Berry High School, from which he graduated as a member of the school’s first graduating class in 1966, was something that brought him a great deal of personal satisfaction and pleasure.
After that, he continued his study at Jacksonville State University, where he eventually earned a degree in business. After that, he attended Jacksonville University. Throughout his life, he has received a number of other degrees in various fields. He, along with his best friend and cousin Alan, came to the conclusion that going to Corpus Christi would be the greatest way for them to get their individual careers in sales off the ground. Soon after that, he was offered a job with Clow Corporation in Jacksonville, Florida, so he made his way down to that city to begin working there. Because he had many of the people in his life who would continue to be his friends throughout the rest of his existence, he considered this to be one of his favourite places.
Mark’s job with Clow is what led him to Mobile, which is located in Alabama. While he was residing in Mobile, he went back to his hometown on a regular basis in order to spend time with his loved ones and old acquaintances. In the course of one of these journeys, he and his brother Johnny visited a local watering hole. One of the persons he met that night was Gretchen, who would eventually become the one and only love of his life. As soon as they looked at each other, sparks immediately began to fly between them. Everyone could see that there was an undeniable spark between the two of them, and neither of them could deny that it existed.
These embers were never snuffed out completely. Mark and Gretchen did not squander any time waiting around for pointless delays before beginning their family by getting married. They came to the conclusion that moving to Birmingham, Alabama would allow them to start their own family there, as well as be closer to both of their respective families, and so they made the move.
