Paul Rouse Obituary, Death – The passing of Paul Rouse, who was 82 years old when he died on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, was brought to the attention of the general public by the Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home in Grundy Center, Iowa. The funeral home shared the news with everyone on the community at large. Paul The guy went away in Boston on the 4th of August in the year 2021. Fr. Paul Rouse was the son of the late Charles and Anna (Clougherty) Rouse and was born in South Boston.

His parents both passed away. It was in 1967 when he received his priesthood ordination from the Archdiocese of Boston. The only members of the family still alive are his brother Richard and his wife Susan, both of whom reside in Jamaica Plain. Uncle Charlie Rouse resides in Dorchester with his fiancee Sarrah Essaibi, Elizabeth Rouse resides in Lowell with her husband Adam Swierk, and Olivia Rouse resides in West Roxbury with her fiance Jayson Clancy. Uncle Charlie is also the much-loved uncle of Elizabeth Rouse, who lives in West Roxbury with her fiance Jayson Clancy.

A Funeral Mass will be performed at Gate of Heaven Church on Tuesday, August 10, at 11 o’clock in the morning. Gate of Heaven Church is located at 615 East Fourth Street in South Boston. On Monday, August 9, from three in the afternoon to seven o’clock in the evening, the Visiting Hours will take place in the Lower Church at Gate of Heaven. Invited guests include members of the family as well as close friends and neighbors.

Interment Cemetery located in Dorchester known as Cedar Grove. Fr. Paul was a graduate of both Notre Dame University and St. John’s Seminary, and throughout the course of his career, he served as a priest or pastor in the communities of Lawrence, Reading, Medford, Somerville, Arlington, West Roxbury, Gloucester, Avon, South Boston, and Allston, in addition to Dorchester. He was also a native of Dorchester. His prior experience includes serving as the Director of Liturgy for both the Archdiocese of Boston and the Diocese of Saginaw in the state of Michigan. The Reverend Paul was well-known not only for his musical talent but also for his commitment to helping those around him.
