Michael Freeman Death, Obituary – The members of The Moonlighters would like to express their deepest condolences to Michael Freeman’s family, as well as to the countless friends and admirers he gained throughout the course of his life. We are truly saddened by Michael’s passing. It is quite unfortunate that Michael Freeman has passed away. Michael was not only a personal friend of the band members but also the lead guitarist for the band. He bravely fought against cancer for a significant amount of time before ultimately succumbing to the disease’s ravages on his body.
He never stopped playing the guitar for us, and he always performed from the heart, which made his excellent playing accessible to all of us. He never stopped playing the guitar for us. He never ceased entertaining us with his guitar playing. He never, under any circumstances, stopped playing the guitar. He was kind enough to play the guitar for us no matter where we were or how we were positioned, whether we were standing, sitting, or lying down.
It was a blessing for all of us that he was able to continue performing with us for as long as he was able to do so, and his final performance was back in the fall of this past year. His closing act was a boon for each and every one of us. He had been able to do so for as long as he had been able to do so, which was a significant length of time. He had been able to do so for as long as he had been able to do so. Over the course of more than three decades, he was the band’s depiction of the cool guy ideal, which was something that we all desired to be. This was something that we all looked up to him for.
This was something that he was a perfect example of. As a result of this, each and every one of us held the utmost regard for him. He was the epitome of what it means to be an important contributor to a team, and on top of that, he possessed a tremendous sense of humor. Despite the fact that he was the kind of person who would do anything to avoid a conflict, he became well-known for his role as an arbitrator in a variety of different band feuds, and this role earned him a lot of respect. Therefore, I pray that God will bless you, Michael, and that “Little Wing” will have a safe trip into the sky, with the certainty that we will finally catch up to you. I pray that this will happen as soon as possible. I will continue to pray that we will, in the end, arrive there before you do. I ask that the Lord bestows all of his favor and goodness upon you and Little Wing.
