Mary Quinn Obituary, Death – Mary started working at Campbell College in 2017 as the Sixth Form Study Supervisor. Prior to that, she spent the previous five years working closely with many of our students and providing them with support. She was able to form solid connections with everyone she came in contact with, and her presence will be greatly missed. These are the words that her closest coworkers used to pay respect to her when she passed away.
Wonderful compliments for a beautiful individual. At this time, our sympathies are with her family and friends. One of Mary’s closest friends who has known her for decades said that Mary’s charm is best summed up by the phrase “she glows.” When we add Mary’s warmth, friendliness, and quick wit to this list, we get closer to describing this person who is both our friend and our coworker. The name Mary Meldrum
She was engaged and enjoyed to hear all the news after a weekend, and she equally loved the discussion of the Sixth form students she oversaw. Mary was a pleasant, friendly, and outgoing member of our team. She was encouraging and sympathetic, and she had a fantastic sense of humor as well. I’ll never forget her wonderful, bouncing red curls, but more than anything, I’ll always remember what a good heart she had, and how she was really supportive, offering counsel and care even when things were tough. “While Mary’s primary responsibility was to care for the sixth formers and to inspire them in their personal study, her colorful character was appreciated by everyone as she cheerily chatted her way from one end of the school to the other.” “While Mary’s primary responsibility was to care for the sixth formers and to inspire them in their personal study,” Mary was interested in everyone’s story and recognized the beneficial influence that kindness can have, and she set a wonderful example for all of us to follow by doing so.
