Josh Vandenbrink Obituary, Denver Colorado, USAF Pararescue Passed Away - Death

Josh Vandenbrink Obituary, Death – Unexpectedly, Josh Vandenbrink, who was a resident of Montrose, Colorado, passed away. Josh was a member of the United States Air Force and served in the pararescue unit. At VK Artworx, he served as both President and the primary Designer. According to a statement on Facebook written by Josh Vandenbrink, “Joshua Van was such a fantastic person, and the premature loss that he suffered has caused my life to be turned upside down, and as a result, I am in a state of total and utter despair.” I had just finished a long and fruitful career in the special forces of the United States Air Force Pararescue when I was introduced to Josh, who was in the process of starting his own business, Iron Mountain Design. At the time, I was in the process of transitioning out of the military and into civilian life. During that time period, I was in the process of making the transition from life in the military to life in civilian society.

IMD was so much more than simply a master craftsman; he was the one who hand-made these magnificent steel flags (one of Josh’s masterpieces can be seen hanging in the background of Joe Rogan’s Joe Rogan Experience Fans Page on each episode). IMD was a man who embodied the spirit of a true craftsman. In addition to being an exceptional friend, Josh exemplified what it means to be a son and a parent in a way that was truly remarkable. I will greatly miss our in-depth chats as well as our trips, but more than anything else, I will miss seeing him be the kind of parent that all of us hoped we had when we were growing up. I will miss having those conversations and going on those experiences with you. It has been fun chatting with you and going on all of those adventures together, but I’m going to miss them.

This is the one thing—above all others—that I won’t be able to find a suitable replacement for. So long, Josh. When we reach the other side, we will find you there and pick off our conversation with you right where we left off. We are profoundly sorry for your loss as well as any other losses and suffering that his family may be going through at this time. Our condolences go out to the rest of his family as well. Our deepest condolences go out to every single member of the family. We would like you to know that we are thinking about you and will continue to do so. His legacy will go on in perpetuity as a result of the items that he has left behind to those that came after him. Please accept my my condolences during this difficult time and know that I am thinking about you. You and their family are in my thoughts at this time.
