Jordan Florio Death, Obituary – Following the untimely passing of our esteemed comrade and genuine club member Flozz, the club would like to extend its deepest condolences to Flozz’s family and friends. Flozz will be greatly missed by all who knew and worked with him. The news that Flozz had passed away came as a surprise to each and every one of us when we received it. On the Saturday before he passed away, Jordan “Flozza” Di Florio, who had been waging a long-running battle against cancer, finally succumbed to the effects of the illness. He was unsuccessful in his attempt to win the bout.
Flozz has been a member of our team for a total of 198 seasons, and during that time he has accumulated a total of 204 wickets, maintained an average of 21.24, and accomplished a best bowling stats of 6/24. In addition to that, his batting average for the season was 21.24 throughout the entirety of the competition. During our 2018/19 6th Grade premiership, in which he took 4/27 and was awarded the Man of the Match, he turned in one of the best performances of his career. He was also named the Man of the Match. As a result of his outstanding performance, he was given the honor of being named “Man of the Match.”
In addition to this, at the end of the game, the award for Player of the Match was presented to him as recognition for his outstanding performance. The title “Man of the Match” was awarded to him because of the great performance that he turned in when the match was being played. Flozz was an excellent bowler who was able to keep us interested when we were on the lanes. However, when he wasn’t bowling, he was an even greater buddy and club member. In point of fact, when he wasn’t bowling, he was at an even higher level. In point of fact, he possessed the highest level of expertise of any bowler on our team.
His presence will be sadly missed inside the Club, and the fact that we were able to honor him by giving him the number 24 jersey when we changed the colors of our team is something that we will always cherish. Following his death, there will be a void in each of our hearts that will never be filled. When we made the switch, we gave him the jersey, and the fact that we did so will be ingrained in our memories for as long as we live. When we made the switch, we gave him the jersey.
