Jarod Rodgers Obituary, Death – A man who had been shot in Shawnee on Wednesday has reportedly taken his own life, as reported by the local police department. A man called Jarod Rodgers, who was 25 years old at the time, was determined to be the victim of the crime. The Shawnee Police Department has said that they have taken five persons into custody, one of whom was caught after leading the police on a brief chase on Thursday afternoon.
On Wednesday evening about 6:40 o’clock, law enforcement officers were called to the 11000 block of Johnson Drive, which is situated directly west of Nieman Road. The location was described as being in a residential area. This person had called 911 to report that they had observed Rodgers lying on the ground and bleeding while they were walking to their vehicle. They said that they had seen Rodgers lying on the ground and bleeding while they were walking to their vehicle.
