Greg Stoudt Death, Obituary – At the time of his passing, Frederic “Greg” Stoudt was 74 years old. He passed away at Victoria Hospital in London, where he was surrounded by his family and was at peace. dedicated partner of Annette Stoudt for the past forty years (nee DeBell). Beloved father of Kelly Gibson, Jeff Stoudt, and Kathryn Zettel, who all married men named Shawn. Grandpa Avery (Micayla) Stoudt was devoted to his grandchildren Quinn and Grace Zettel, as well as Trent and Vera Gibson, and they treasured him deeply.
Mary Kathryn (John) Kaupp-MacPherson, Greg’s mother; Sherrie Stoudt Davis and Terry Stoudt Clive, his half sisters; and Joanie Stoudt, his treasured daughter; all preceded Greg in death. Greg is survived by his close cousin Betty Lynn (Mark) Kautz, his half siblings Bill (Sandra) Stoudt and Chris (Kelli) Stoudt, and his cherished “Rotten Kid” Erica (Krumholtz) Baniheshemi. In addition, he leaves behind a great number of cherished companions. He spent the first 12 years of his life in Port Huron, but then moved to Lambton County with his mother when he was a teenager.
Greg has been employed at the Dupont/Nova St. Clair River Site for the entirety of his working career, which spans 47 years. He volunteered with the St. Clair Township Fire Department at the Corunna Station for a total of 33 years, 18 of which were spent in the post of Chief. During his tenure as Chief, he was in charge of the station. He was a member of the Sarnia Street Cruisers motorcycle club and served as the previous president of the Corunna Legion Branch #447. In addition, he was a member of the Legion.
The Knight Funeral Home, which can be found in the city of Corunna at 588 St. Clair Parkway, will be open for visitation on the 8th of December, 2022, for friends and family members who wish to pay their respects. On that day, a funeral service will get underway at eleven in the morning.
