Frances Kimpton Obituary, Former Grade 1 Teacher at Windermere Elementary School has passed away - Death

Frances Kimpton Death, Obituary –  We are deeply sorry to inform you of the untimely passing of Frances Kimpton, and we extend our condolences to you and your family. Both her husband, G.V. Kimpton, and her son, Peter Felker, passed away before her. Neither one of them survived her (brother). The decedent’s son, John D. Kimpton; the decedent’s cousin, Geoffrey Nagle, and his family; the decedent’s brother-in-law, Geoffrey Felker, and his family; and the decedent’s nephew, Geoffrey Felker and his “A fascinating woman who participates in many different kinds of activities.”

Frances received her bachelor’s degree in education from the University of British Columbia. She moved to England in order to take a teaching position there, and she remained in that country for an entire year. During that time, she traveled throughout Europe and had a good time in each of the countries she went to. She ultimately wed Jerry and started constructing a wonderful and active life in the breathtaking Columbia Valley after the two of them tied the knot. The first grade was Frances’s specialty at Windermere Elementary School, where she worked for a considerable amount of time before taking an early retirement.

She was a devoted follower of sports and the Toronto Blue Jays, in addition to all of her other passions and hobbies, which included a love of gardening, stamp collecting, nature, and bird watching. In addition to all of her other passions and hobbies, she was an avid gardener. Her wonderful family and friends, in addition to the rest of her extended family, will mourn her passing in a deep and profound way.

e would like to take this opportunity to show our appreciation to Dr. Shannon Page and the rest of the staff at Columbia Garden Village for all of the care and concern they have shown us. Donations to the CNIB Foundation in support of guide dogs would be gratefully accepted in lieu of traditional floral tributes, per the family’s request.
