Florrie Gunn Death, Obituary – Florrie Gunn’s death has been announced, and an obituary notice has been published. The Gunn family is in everyone’s thoughts and prayers here at Bible Gateway as they go through this difficult time. We are all keeping them in our thoughts and prayers as they go through this terrible situation. We have all come together in the hopes that this will be sufficient to demonstrate our support for them in whatever form we are able to muster up the strength to do so. Because Florrie Gunn was such a treasured family member and a member of the Gunn clan, all of the Gunn family members bestowed upon her the moniker “Derrygonnelly” as a way of expressing their love for her.
Her forefathers gave her the name Derrygonnelly as her maiden name when she was born. We are going to think of the members of her family in addition to anyone else who held a particular place in her heart while we are praying for her and saying some prayers on her behalf. We are going to offer some prayers on her behalf right now. The memorial ceremony that will be performed on Saturday, December 3rd, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon in the Inishmacsaint Church will honor the departed and will be held in their memory. The memorial service will be held in honor of the person who has passed away.
We would like to respectfully request that you accompany us to the viewing so that we may pay our respects together. The funeral or memorial ceremony will be held in remembrance of the person who has passed away, and the presence of people who were close to them will respect the life that they lived. Beloved wife of Jack, who died away before she did; dedicated mother to her daughters Eunice and Judy; mother-in-law to Reg and Frank, both of whom have also passed away; and loving grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. Sadly, she was taken from us far too soon. Everyone will grieve her passing in their own unique ways.
