Ernest Kenner Death, Obituary – The Richland County Coroner Rutherford has identified the person who passed away after being hit by another vehicle and has made their name public. This person’s identity was made public by the coroner. The authorities have determined that the person who passed away was a native and resident of Columbia by the name of Ernest Kenner, who was 74 years old at the time of his death.
