Connie Powell Death, Obituary – Connie Mae Powell passed away on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the age of 85 in the comfort of her own home in Wilburton, Oklahoma. At the time of her passing, she was attended to by her loved ones on both sides. On the Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at 2:00 o’clock, there will be a memorial service held in the chapel of Jones Harkins Funeral Home. Bain Durant will serve as the event’s master of ceremonies. On October 12th, 1937, in the county of Latimer, the world was introduced to Pauline (Adams) Bloxham and William Morris Bloxham, Jr.’s daughter, Connie. Connie received her high school certificate from Mira Costa High School, which is located in the city of Redondo Beach in the state of California. Connie Powell wed Raymond Albert Powell, who would go on to become her husband, on July 13, 1957 in the county of Latimer, Oklahoma, in the United States of America.
Connie received an Associate’s Degree from Eastern State College, which she then utilised to launch a successful career in the real estate brokerage industry. During those years, she held the position of professor at Eastern State College, where she was in charge of both the Real Estate and Income Tax departments. She and her husband Ray had a lot of fun when they were travelling across the country in their motor home. Connie enjoyed a variety of interests, but two of her favourites were crocheting and golf. During the holiday season, it was said that her banana bread and chocolate chip cookies were on another planet. This was a common rumour. Connie will be sorely missed by many people all across the world as a direct result of the compassion and love that she shared with everyone.
Connie is survived by her son, Craig Powell, and his wife, Charlotte, who reside in Wilburton; her daughter, Paula Vinzetta, and her fiance, Dale Ellerbe, who reside in Canadian; and her nine grandchildren, Jennifer Morris of Moyers, Brooke Miller of Wilburton, Logan Powell and wife, Laura of Ada, Brian Menasco of McAlester, Roy Chance Menasco and Lauren of Roland; Travis Powell and wife, Amy of Wilburton; Ross Mills Autumn The deaths of the following individuals came before that of Connie: Melvin Bloxham was born to William Morris Bloxham, Jr. and Pauline (Adams) Vaughn, who are Melvin’s parents.
The stepfather of Frank Powell was a man named Roy Vaughn. Raymond A. Powell was Frank Powell’s husband for the entirety of their 65-year marriage. Billy Frank Bloxham was Frank Powell’s brother. Frank Powell was Billy’s brother. The Powell brothers, Bob and Rowland, as well as their wives, Vivian Hansen, Evelyn Clark, Mary Greenwell, and Carol Ortez, are Virginia Sidell’s brothers and sisters-in-law. Virginia Sidell is also related to the Powell brothers’ wives, Evelyn Clark, Mary Greenwell, Carol Ortez, and Carol Sidell.
