Cecil DeBey Death, Obituary – Cecil DeBey, a former resident of Fort Lupton who currently lives in Milliken and who graduated from College High School in Greeley in 1945 before going on to serve in the Navy from 1945 until 1947, claims that he was born and reared in Fort Lupton. Cecil DeBey currently lives in Milliken. Milliken is now DeBey’s place of residence. The year 1945 was the year that DeBey graduated from Greeley’s College High School with his diploma. After that, he attended Colorado State College the following year, in 1951, to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. After that, he went on to earn a teaching certification.

Beginning in the year 1952 and continuing through the year 1959, he served as a coach at the Fort Lupton High School. Between the years of 1959 and 1963, he worked as a coach at Heath Junior High School, which is located in Greeley, Colorado. Beginning in 1963 and lasting through 1967, he was employed at Greeley West High School in the capacity of a coach there. After that, he went back to working at Heath Junior High School, where he had previously worked.
