Carol Smith Death, Obituary – The students, instructors, and staff at the North Sand Mountain school are all in a state of mourning as a result of the passing of Carol Puckett Smith, who taught fourth grade there. Smith passed away recently. Smith has been gone for quite some time now. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, Kevin, and their daughters, Kailey and Carson. Also surviving is Mrs. Smith’s husband. Mrs. Smith was survived by both her children and her grandchildren after she passed away. Tuesday, December 6, 2022 was the day when Carol Smith left this world, having gone away earlier that day. In this manner, the day she passed away was a Tuesday.
Carol has been an unusually kind and beautiful woman, both on the inside and the outer, ever since she started working at North Sand Mountain 25 years ago. She has been this way since the day she started her job there. She started her career as a teacher many years ago, and ever since then, she has had the same profound passion for each and every one of her students. If you knew Carol or had a child who was enrolled in her class, you had the peace of mind of knowing that Carol would love, instruct, and care for your child. If you did not know Carol or did not have a child who was enrolled in her class, you did not have that peace of mind.
You did not have that level of assurance if you were not familiar with Carol or if you did not have a child who was a student in her class. If you are not Carol’s friend or if you do not have a child who is currently enrolled in her class, you will not be able to experience the same level of peace that she provides. She was an exceptional member of the faculty and she never missed a beat when it came to going above and beyond the responsibilities that were assigned to her. Everyone at the school looked up to her since they saw her as a friend, a guide, and a teacher all rolled into one. As a result of this, she was revered by everybody.
Those who knew and loved her will have good memories of her, and the actions of those people will ensure that her legacy is preserved for future generations. After the necessary steps have been taken to prepare for the event, each and every person will be informed of the most recent developments surrounding the circumstance. In the next days and weeks, while our school community mourns the death of a much-loved member of our school community, we ask that you keep her family, as well as our own NSM family, in your thoughts and prayers. We also ask that you keep our own NSM family in your prayers. In the days and weeks ahead, members of our school community will be mourning the loss of a member of our school community who was very much liked and respected.
