Beth Ann Fragale Obituary, Death – At the age of 57, Beth Ann Fragale passed away at Wheeling Hospital – WVU on the evening of Tuesday, December 6, 2022. She called the city of Wheeling, in the state of West Virginia, home. On May 31st, 1965, she entered this world in Wheeling. Her mother had used the surname Welling throughout her life, and her father, Roger Lloyd, had already passed away prior to her birth. After graduating from Wheeling Central High School, Beth Ann went to work in the orthodontic department of Dr. Dan Joseph’s office, where she remained employed for the next four decades after beginning her career there shortly after receiving her high school diploma. She was a devoted fan of popular culture, especially Disney, Star Wars, and Harry Potter, and she possessed a natural talent for the creative arts. Many people referred to Beth Ann as “The All Mother” because she had such a significant impact on the people whose lives she touched and because she seemed to be everyone’s mother. This was due to the fact that she appeared to be everyone’s mother.
Her biological father was one of the people who passed away before her, but John Fragale, the man who was the love of her life, also passed away before her (2015). Beth Ann is survived by her mother, Suzanne Lloyd; her sons, Michael Fragale and Dre Soto of Wheeling; her two sisters, Karen (John) Bishop and Terri (Jeff) Trabert; a number of nieces and nephews; a large number of close friends; and her cherished Beagle, Jaxson. Beth Ann is also survived by her cherished pet, Jaxson.
On the afternoon of Sunday, December 11, 2022, from twelve until three o’clock in the afternoon, the family and friends of the departed will be received at the Elm Grove Chapel of the Altmeyer Funeral Homes, which is located in Wheeling at 154 Kruger Street.
