Bernard Sawtelle Death, Obituary – It has been determined that the individual who passed away as a result of an accident that took place on Wednesday afternoon in the 800 block of Brooke Road was a male resident of Rockford named Bernard Sawtelle, who was 43 years old at the time of the incident.
