Becky Wood Obituary, Death – The day that Becky Wood passed away on October 25, 2021, she was a patient at the Baylor, Scott, and White Medical Center in Waxahachie. At the time of her dying, she had reached the age of 82. Her previous places of residence include Irving and East Texas, both of which are located in the state of Texas, the state in where she was born and reared prior to making the journey to Midlothian.

Before she was born in Dallas on December 20, 1938, both of her parents, Garland Shaw and Dorothy V. Bentley Shaw, had already departed away. Garland Shaw and Dorothy V. Bentley Shaw were her parents. Dorothy V. Bentley Shaw was the name of her mother’s maiden name before she married. She was their only child together at the time. During the almost fifty years that she owned and operated the photographic business that was known as Personal Touch Photography, she called Irving home for around forty-five of those years.

She was in charge of the company for a good number of years. On the other hand, over the past twenty years, she has made both East Texas and Midlothian her primary place of residence while at the same time dividing her time between the two locations. She attended the First Baptist Church in Midlothian and was a devoted follower of the doctrine that was delivered there.

Her children who are still alive are Sheri Dudley, who is married to Kent and lives in Midlothian with him; Sammy Wood, who is married and lives in Keller; Kimlan Nabors, who is married and lives in Dallas; Beth Lucia, who is married and lives in McKinney with her husband Brian; and Walt Wood, who is married and lives in Mineola with his wife Judy. Her other child, Walt Wood, is married and lives in Mineola with his wife Judy.

She also leaves behind two brothers, Garland Shaw and Charles Shaw, as well as eleven grandkids, including Autumn Ripperda and her husband Chris, Madelyn Wood, Nicole Ozymy, Trent Nabors, and Cody Hall.
