Annette Lamle Obituary, Death – Annette M. Lamle, who lived in Columbia City, Louisiana, and was 61 years old, died unexpectedly in New Iberia, Louisiana, on the evening of Tuesday, November 29, 2022. She was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on October 9, 1961, to Carl and Rosina (Hinen) Harber. She was her parents’ only child. Her mother’s last name before she got married was Hinen. After she finished high school at Columbia City Joint High School in 1980 and got her diploma, she went to IPFW to continue her education. On April 16, 1988, she said her vows to Tim Lamle and they became husband and wife.
After working as a dental assistant for a while, Annette became a stay-at-home mom. Now that she’s retired, she’s working at the Ag Plus Raber Division and enjoying her time off. She was a member of the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Arcola, Illinois, where she taught Sunday school, sang in the choir, and played the organ for the third time in her family’s history. Annette was a loving wife and mother who helped her sons with everything they did in the 4-H and FFA programs in Whitley County.
She was there for them through everything. She was good at music by nature, and it was a blessing that her mother and grandmother, Luella R. Hinen, taught her how to play the organ and helped her along the way. She was good at music by nature. Annette has been singing the National Anthem before the Arcola Truck & Tractor Pull since it started more than 30 years ago. Annette never met a stranger.
Visitation will take place at the DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home in Columbia City from 1:30 to 7:30 pm on Thursday, December 8, 2022. The funeral home is at 600 Countryside Drive. At 1 o’clock in the afternoon, someone will pray the rosary. Visitation will start at 10 a.m. on Friday at the St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Arcola, which is at 12305 Arcola Road in Fort Wayne. On Friday, the funeral will start at 11 a.m. After everything is over, her mother will be the one to lay her to rest in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, where the funeral and burial will take place.
